This blend brings together two remarkable origins — a vibrant Catuai from the misty hills of Finca Lérida, Panama, and delicate Heirloom varieties grown by smallholder farmers in Ethiopia.
On Finca Lérida, only the ripest cherries are handpicked in multiple passes, then washed and air-dried to reveal layers of chocolate and golden honey sweetness.
In Ethiopia, the cherries rest on raised beds for up to twenty days, developing a clean, fruit-led character with bright clarity.
Together, they create a cup that’s beautifully balanced — rich and rounded, yet lifted by gentle sweetness and a sense of origin in every sip.
